Liora Levi is a well known sommelier and wine personality from Norway. She is a wine writer, TV presenter and a popular speaker as well as being the president of the Norwegian Sommelier Association.

On an international level she is the Ambassador Manager of the global wine guide, Star Wine List, and the Event Communication Manager for ASI (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale

Yolanda Añó is a gastronomer with a strong passion for flavors, specially, for wine & food pairings that elevate each dining experience. 

During her trips she has cultivated an endless curiosity about the world cuisines and how they are defined by traditional ingredients, the nuances of the land and particularly by the people that constitute the heart and soul of each culinary region. 

Nowadays, Yolanda works as a consultant to help fellow gastronomers in the creation of wine lists that fit their ever changing seasonal menus. 

Maya was born in the wine world and walked through her first vineyard at less than a year old. Today, she is running the family company Scandinavian Wine Academy which is the biggest sommelier school in the Nordics. When she is not teaching, she recommends wine on a Swedish morning TV show or writes about wine in ELLE Magazine. She is a curious nerd who is always keen on a good adventure.
